Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
AfterSix accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective or not functioning as described.
- The incorrect item was received.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Email us at returns@aftersix.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
- Please dispatch the item within 3 business days of approval.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.
4. Replacement & Exchange Policy
If your replacement or exchange request is approved, a new product will be dispatched and delivered within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Replacement is subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- AfterSix will cover return shipping costs only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For all other return reasons (such as size issues or change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
