Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

AfterSix accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective or not functioning as described.
  • The incorrect item was received.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email us at returns@aftersix.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product.
  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Please dispatch the item within 3 business days of approval.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.

4. Replacement & Exchange Policy

If your replacement or exchange request is approved, a new product will be dispatched and delivered within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Replacement is subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • AfterSix will cover return shipping costs only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For all other return reasons (such as size issues or change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
